Steve Balco joined ADT Automotive-owned Auction Managed Fleet Plan, the predecessor to Remarketing Solutions, in 1991 as vehicle remarketing manager. From 1993 until February 1999, Balco served as fleet/lease manager at four ADT Automotive auction locations. In 1999, he rejoined Remarketing Solutions as the field operations manager, a position he held until being named general manager of Auction Solution. As field operations manager, Balco created Auction Solution’s Field Operations staff, which represents vehicles at auctions for Remarketing Solutions clients.
