Phil Hanks joined Manheim Auctions as senior accountant in 1998 with primary responsibilities for due-diligence and integration of Dent Wizard’s franchise businesses. The job expanded to include all allied businesses for European operations, Remarketing Solutions and Manheim Government Services. Early in 2002, Hanks was promoted to manager of accounting/allied businesses. In that role, he was responsible for financial accounting and reporting for Manheim’s allied businesses, which included budgeting, forecasting, due diligence of acquisitions, special projects and system integration. In 2003, he was appointed General Manger of Recovery Solution for Remarketing Solutions. Hanks has a bachelor's degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.
