Debby Kennedy has spent her entire career in human resources. She was HR Director for a local affiliate of a nationally known non-profit organization for 16 years prior to joining Anglo American Auto Auctions in 1991 as HR Manager for Nashville Auto Auction. In 1997, Kennedy transferred to the corporate office of ADT Automotive in Human Resources as a “generalist” and served as the HR liaison to 28 auctions. In 1999, Kennedy accepted the HR Manager position with the Service Solutions subsidiary of ADT Automotive. When Manheim Auctions acquired ADT Automotive in 2000, she was promoted to her current position of Director of Human Resources for Remarketing Solutions.
