VENDOR RELATIONS

As our company grows, naturally our agent network increases as well to accommodate our clients’ need. Our vendor relations department consists of 8 members to ensure total compliance, to monitor agents performance and to provide feedback when needed. All agents are subject to a background check and strong references are required (BHPH lots can not be used).

All of our agents receive a monthly report card that establishes performance goals, determines the optimum amount of assignments, and helps identify areas that need improvement.

Our assignments are allotted via our Get Best Agent program. This program awards top-performing agents additional volume, keeps agents at their most efficient capacity levels and distributes accounts in an unbiased manner based on distance and performance.
 

Agent Insurance Requirements

• •  One million in general liability
• •  One million dishonesty bond  
• •  One million in auto liability
• •  $300,000 garage keeper liability
• •  Certificate must state vehicle repossession coverage on the policy including wrongful repo
• •  Remarketing Solutions must be named certificate holder and additional insured
• •  Proof of worker’s compensation insurance
• •  Certification through an insurance company or organization
