Since the beginning of 2009, we’ve been working closely with our clients and our Agent Advisory Board to develop a new process called OASIS that leverages the local agent’s knowledge and skip expertise. OASIS (an acronym for Online Auction for Skip and Investigative Services) has been rolled out to all of our clients now that we have perfected the process. The program is designed to improve recovery results in the pre-charge off space by allowing for a second placement opportunity with added financial incentives tied to the unpaid balance on the account. It minimizes the number of “untrue” skip accounts submitted to skip trace vendors. This contingent program ultimately decreases client’s out-of-pocket expenses on skip locate fees.
The program has been very successful as we continue to add more clients to the program on a monthly basis.
